How do you feel about your body

Right now… this VERY second… how do you feel about your body? Do you love it? Do you hate it? Are you starving it?… or are you filling it with junk? Are you excited to go swimsuit shopping?… or are you dreading the summer months?

I think all women go through phases of loving their bodies and loathing their bodies.

If you’re feeling down about yourself… Stop it right NOW!

… this summer… things are going to be different. YOU have the ability to make serious life changes.

I spent years hating the way that I looked. And then one day everything changed. One day I decided that I was sick and tired of being grumpy about my body. I wanted to stop hating clothes shopping. I wanted to stop feeling envious of women who were “fit” and confident. I wanted to be able to have energy and be strong so that I could be a better woman. So I started making small changes… and those small changes led to big results.

I want to help you be the best you that you can be. {…whoa! … overload on the you’s}… but seriously.

Here are my top 3 tips to help you start living a healthier happier life!

1. Drink water. Hydration is majorly important! Try and drink a giant glass of water before and after each meal. To help you drink more water, invest in a cute water bottle. Target has some adorable ones! My secret to drinking lots of water. I get large ice waters from McDonald’s and refill my cup all day. I tend to drink a lot more when it’s out of a straw from a soda cup.

2. Cut out fast food, candy and soda. Today. Just stop cold turkey. Your body doesn’t need processed junk. You will be amazed at how much energy you will have when you start cutting out junk food and start replacing it with fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

3. Stop thinking and/or saying negative things about yourself. Replace any negative thought with 3 positives. Look in the mirror every single morning and say, “I love you. You are beautiful”. Not even joking. Say it and believe it.

Do those 3 things this week and I promise you… next week you will feel like a brand new person. I’m going to check back with you next week to see how it went! If you need someone to hold you accountable this week… I’m your girl. Just email me and I would be more than happy to check in with you and help you stay on track!
