How to avoid Coronavirus by boosting your immunity in 5 steps

Is it possible to avoid catching the Coronavirus, and how? This and many other similar problems quickly became one of the burning questions in the past few weeks. Some predictions say that the virus will soon be present in all countries, so what can we do about it?

Right now, what is crucial is not to panic. There are no Coronavirus COVID-19 vaccines, but prevention is the key. If you do not have any major health problems, you are not in the high-risk group, but you should still stay cautious and take some steps.
